Abstract
As part of a commitment to continuous improvement, the University of Wisconsin (UW)-Green Bay's libraries have been conducting usability testing on their discovery service, Search@UW. Put simply, usability testing is a method of evaluating a website or service by observing users as they complete typical tasks. The goal of this ongoing project is not to produce statistically significant results but rather to identify common obstacles and opportunities for improvement.
