Abstract
LibQUAL+ is a service suite that includes a user satisfaction survey, strictly for academic and research libraries. The service suite is offered by Association of Research Libraries (ARL), and is used by libraries in many countries. The suite also includes a data repository that is valuable for libraries to do a comparative analysis of their performance against their peer institutions. Compared to many other assessment survey tools, LibQUAL+ is relatively cheap and easy to implement.
